Tears Of The Kingdom Ice Like Stones Guide

Ice Like Stones are found by defeating the frosty version of a Like Like. It’s not a hard material to acquire since the stone is usually a guaranteed drop. However, Ice Likes are pretty hard to find if you’ve got no idea where to look. Luckily I’ve found a few dependable spots that you can use to find some Ice Likes easily. Here’s a quick guide to finding some Ice Like Stones in Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom: Where to find Ice Like Stones

Ice Likes can be found in the colder regions of Hyrule. This applies to both the Lanayru region and the area of Hebra. But although these regions have plenty of caves, only a few feature Ice Likes. Don’t expect to get a ton of Ice Like Stones either since these enemies aren’t very common or easy to find. Let’s start with the Lanayru region location which gives you two Ice Likes to fight.

Walnot Mountain Cave

The location shown on the map above is the Walnot Mountain Cave. And this is a massive cave in comparison to some of the others you can find. Fortunately for us, this makes Ice Likes easy to find. There are two which can easily be seen on the ceiling of the cave, with a regular Like Like lurking in the trench running along the cave.

Kopeeki Drifts Cave

Next up, we’ve got the Kopeeki Drifts Cave in Hebra. Unfortunately, this location only has one Ice Like which can be found in a smaller section to the right near the cave’s entrance. However, there’s another Ice Like nearby to the northeast marked by the green arrow on the map above. This Ice Like is just hangin on a stone wall outside. This is pretty unusual since most Like Likes prefer to be in caves, but there are exceptions to that.

Once you’ve been to each location mentioned for Tears of the Kingdom you should have four Ice Like Stones to use. These enemies won’t respawn until the next Blood Moon, so keep an eye out for any other Ice Like locations and make a note of them. Afterward you can try your hand at farming some Fire Like Stones.
